DoodleMe
Acceptable Use Policy
DoodleMe provides a coloring-page playground. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to every prompt, reference photo, generated coloring page, sketch and line art created with the Service. It sets our content standards, moderation, reporting and enforcement. Using the Service means you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy covers:
- Images: AI-generated or edited coloring pages, sketches, doodles and line art.
- User input: text prompts and the optional reference photo you upload.
- Stored output: generations saved in your history and any download you make.
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
DoodleMe is for family-friendly coloring pages. You must not use the Service to generate any of the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
- Copyright / trademark infringement.
2.1 Zero tolerance. The following is removed immediately when found, and we may report it to competent authorities:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors, including fictional depictions.
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, extremism or mass violence.
- Instructions for building weapons of mass destruction.
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes of a real person.
- Pornography / NSFW images of any kind, including adult sexual content.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies serious injury.
2.2 Restricted uses. Coloring pages of fictional stories, animals and everyday scenes are allowed. You must not generate misleading political propaganda, or present Output as professional medical, legal or financial advice.
2.3 Other prohibited conduct:
- Spreading false information or scams.
- Impersonating a real person, brand or organization.
- Infringing copyright, trademark, portrait or privacy rights, including uploading photos you do not have the right to use.
- Claiming AI Output was drawn entirely by a human when that would deceive others.
- Bulk spam or fraudulent generations.
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass safety filters.
3. Content moderation
We use automated checks, human review of reports, and periodic sampling. We do not pass raw, unreviewed model output into a public feed; generations stay in the requesting account unless you choose to share them.
3.1 Automated checks (at generation time)
- Input filtering: prompts and reference photos are sent only to complete your requested coloring page, sketch or line art.
- Provider safety: Google Gemini (Nano Banana), Volcengine Doubao Seedream and NanoBanana API apply their own safety systems to inputs and outputs. Generations that those systems refuse are not delivered.
- Output stays in your private history. We do not publish unmoderated Output to a public gallery automatically.
3.2 Human review
- Reports sent to support@doodleme.design are reviewed by DoodleMe staff.
- Flagged generations may be removed and the account warned, limited, suspended or closed.
- Reviewers treat reports confidentially.
3.3 Sampling. We periodically sample generations and prompts to check that automated filters and this Policy are working, and to improve them.
3.4 Severity levels
| Level | Examples | Review | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | CSAM, terrorism | Block + human confirm | Ban and report to authorities |
| L2 High | NSFW, gore, hate, non-consensual deepfake | Priority human review | Remove and suspend |
| L3 Medium | Copyright abuse, impersonation | Human review | Remove and warn |
| L4 Low | Mild policy issues | Report-triggered review | Warn and require a change |
4. How to report
Report if you see:
- Output or prompts that violate the six prohibited categories.
- CSAM, terrorism or other L1 content.
- AI impersonation or content that infringes your rights.
We keep reporter identities confidential where the law allows, review reports independently, and may act on abusive false reports.
4.1 Reporting channels (monitored):
- Email: support@doodleme.design with the subject “Report content”. Include the account email, generation time, and a short description. Do not attach CSAM.
- China site: postmaster@doodleme.cn with the same subject.
- Help Center: use the contact path on the Help page, or the email shown in the site footer.
